Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
Our products are shipped from our trusted partner warehouses in Asia and Europe, depending on product availability and your location, to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will already be in processing and cannot be changed. However, once you receive it, you can request a return for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. During peak seasons or holidays, additional time may be needed. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services. We appreciate your patience as we ensure safe and secure delivery.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. You're eligible for a full refund or reshipment of the item.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices shown on our website are tax-free in USD. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order arrives, which are determined by your country’s customs office. These costs are your responsibility and are not covered by Domovate. Please check with your local customs office for more info.
How do I return an item?
If you'd like to return a product, simply email us at support@domovate.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the item(s). We'll investigate and resolve the issue quickly with a refund or replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by card, it may take 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation. If you don’t see your refund after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
